WiHo Modul D2: Reallabore zu Forschungsinformationen (KDSF/FIS-CRIS)

Förderaufruf im BMFTR-Förderschwerpunkt „Wissenschafts- und Hochschulforschung (WiHo)“, Modul D: Datennutzung(spotenzial) und interdisziplinäre datenintensive Forschung, Teilmodul D2. Gefördert werden Reallabore, die unter realen Bedingungen die Erhebung und Verwendung nutzerfreundlicher, standardisierter und KDSF-konformer Forschungsinformationen (FIS/CRIS) erforschen und erproben. Ziel ist der Abbau von Nutzungshindernissen und die breite Umsetzung von FIS/CRIS in der Praxis. Reallabore sind inter- oder transdisziplinäre Kooperationen von Forschung und Praxis (z. B. Wissenschaftsforschung, Soziologie, Ökonomie, Informationswissenschaften; Bibliotheken/Rechenzentren, Verwaltung, Infrastrukturanbieter, Landesinitiativen). Mögliche Zielbereiche: Anwendungskontexte, Governance/ Recht, Implementierungsgestaltung, technische (inkl. KI-) Innovationen & Usability, Qualifizierung/Kompetenzaufbau, Kooperations- und Unterstützungsstrukturen. Auch begleitende Studien/Evaluationen sowie frühe Konzeptphasen sind förderfähig. Voraussetzung: Projekte müssen die Umsetzung des KDSF-Standards anstreben und praxisorientierte Handlungsempfehlungen für Hochschulen/Politik erarbeiten. Bei Softwareanteilen: Open-Source-Bereitstellung nach Projektende (FAIR4RS-konform) wird erwartet; Nutzung vorhandener Daten ist eigenen Erhebungen vorzuziehen.

- Open-Source-Software (wo möglich) und übertragbare Best Practices

- Pflicht: KDSF-Umsetzung und adressatengerechte Handlungsempfehlungen
