Description

Sputter-coated indium tin oxide (ITO) on heat stabilized PET is available in sheet format or at roll size. This transparent electrode can be used for Smart Windows applications, flexible solar cells, touch panels, flexible electronics applications and others. The material is suited both for research purposes and a pilot production environment.

Product parameters – for 35 Ohm ITO – may vary for other configurations (see available properties under “additional information”):

• Substrate: Heat-stabilized PET film
• Substrate thickness: 125 µm +/- 10%
• Shrinkage: MD ≤ 0,15%, TD ≤ 0,15% at 30min, 150°C
• Coating: Transparent conductive ITO on non-primed side
• for 35 Ohm version:
  • Transmission: average T(400-800nm): between 80% and 82%
    at 500nm: between 84% and 87%
  • Sheet resistance: Rsquare from 4-point-probe: between 33 ohm/square and 38 ohm/square
• Roll size: width and length on request

Thanks to flexible production conditions at our supplier network, we are able to offer other variations in sheet resistances, substrates and optical propoerties.
