2) preparation activities of the spin-off company for investment readiness (coaching on investment readiness, legal advisory, IPR, etc.)

3) OEM partners for smartBOX

Current stage description

NOW: SmartBOX is a result under “SUPER PV” project, now is being developed further to become a 2in1 product: smart hardware linked with AI-based software. Currently, hardware is at TRL7, where AI-based software is at TRL6.

NEXT STEPS: Additional product development needs to be done (through Public or private funding Institutions, Accelerators/ Incubators) where we continuously look for funding possibilities. Simultaneously technology validation tests are planned with early-adopters – partnering companies that expressed interest in involving such product to their portfolio. The next step is to run a large-scale campaign for market validation, to test the product’s acceptance and hopefully achieve preorder agreements.

In the long term – we seek to prepare the spin-off company and the product to be investment-ready company for market penetration with this innovative 2in1 product.

We have CUSTOMERS from various different backgrounds such as Manufacturers and from various BUSINESS SECTORS such as Energy .
Scalability

The product is developed in a way, that it could adapt easily to diferent PV sectors.

In recent years resilience in supply chain for electronics components is expected to be temporary and would not affect product success in the long run.

Whereas software’s architecture is designed in a way to be scalable through different servers, if additional resources are needed with a growing user base.

Replicability

The proposed product can be sold in several ways, therefore two main revenue streams are seen as direct sales and licensing. It is expected that no additional customization is needed for the product to work, therefore both product’s components: smart hardware and software is completely replicable.

Sustainability

We aim to create a more accessible, sustainable and green environment by providing innovations to the solar sector for future generations. Creating a solution that is both smart and easy to use for greatly increasing solar energy’s efficiency, firstly for the building market – we create a pathway for communities and society to a cheaper, therefore more affordable green energy, especially now, when EU is facing the energy crisis (✅ SDG7, ✅ SDG11). The production and consumption of green energy is enhancing sustainable consumption patterns. By developing innovative AI and PE solutions for the PV sector, REDIGA will contribute towards ensuring consumption and production sustainability (✅ SDG12) and delivering significant environmental benefits (✅ SDG13).
