We look for collaborating with partners aiming at providing semantic interoperability across healthcare information systems and advanced healthcare data exploitation

Current stage description
The semantic harmonization framework has been successfully implemented within the project for harmonizing several datasets. Further developments include the development of tools to facilitate data mapping to ontologies, the further development of the semantic query system, the implementation of semantic interoperability with other standards such as HL7 FHIR, the further exploitation of graph-based data using graph-based algorithms as well as the implementation of the framework at a larger scale.
