Resillience and Security is a key aspect in any software. ERP Solutions, as it is the case, should have these topics in even more consideration, given that they hold and connect to most (if not all) enterprise sensitive data.

To control the users allowed to access the Sistrade ERP from CymID, the accounts are provisioned using the CymID provisioning module. Shop floor workers do not have access to this application, increasing the system’s overall security, where only the accounts owning the right to connect to the corporate network application should own an account on the ERP.

Current stage description

While both systems are established in the market and are sellable, the ERP instance that was used was one create for demonstration-purposes. Therefore, this results fall underTRL6 under EC definition. Connection to a real shopfloor and ERP system would bring this to TRL7.

Scalability

One of the key features is that the ERP is cloud and web-based, being able to be accessed anywhere in the world, as long as the device has an internet connection and a browser. This allows the user to plan the activities, CRM, manage materials, invoice and many other features of the ERP using different platforms and devices. The solution can be served as a cloud-based system.

Replicability

The connection with any Sistrade ERP solution can be done, as the result was made to be generic and applicable to any instance.
