Current stage description

The plant has been built and better plants (that take care of some issues arisen as too much tar, too much methane and CO2 to reach very high efficiency and realibility) are designed and can be built (as the ones developped in the subsequent BLAZE and GICO projects)

Scalability

The plant can be built from few hundreds kWth to multi MWth of biomass input

Replicability

The plant can be applied to any “good” lignocellulosic biomass waste (lower is the ashes, tar and contaminants content and higher is the calorif value better is )

Sustainability

In order to be sustainable plant capital and operational cost have to be decreased meanwhile releabiliity (for tar and contaminants) have to be improved
