We have outlined the technology, which énables automated and asynchronous extraction of cfDNA from whole blood. This technology can sort out the logistical problems in the liquid biopsy studies and labor-intensive sample handling (two-times centrifugation), offering a valuable tool for safe and reliable prenalaytical processing of blood samples.

Current stage description

Technology has been experimentally tested in laboratory (TRL3) in two separate steps. We are currently combining the steps and designing a prototype for 3D printing/milling. The product will be validated and demonstrated in relevant environment by summer 2021. Aftyer the project, established company has been successfully taken part in the corona diagnostics, which has decreased the need of external investor funding.
