Developed with support from the Norwegian Space Agency, Hypernor is a compact and cost-effective hyperspectral imager designed for space applications—especially microsatellites under 50 kg. With a total weight under 10 kg, Hypernor offers outstanding performance in terms of ground sampling distance (GSD), rivaling larger and more expensive instruments. The imager is ideally suited for space missions requiring a high-resolution, low-SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power) payload. NEO continues to collaborate with both the Norwegian and European Space Agencies on further space-based hyperspectral projects.
