Charakterisierung von kunststoffhaltigen Abfallfraktionen

Das Fraunhofer IVV ist in der Lage, den Gehalt an thermoplastischen Kunststoffen in einem Material zu bestimmen. Dazu gehören ausdrücklich inhomogene Abfallströme, z. B. aus der Automobilindustrie, Verpackungsabfälle, Bau- und Abbruchabfälle oder andere. Die Analyse der Zusammensetzung erfolgt hauptsächlich durch selektive Extraktion der einzelnen thermoplastischen Polymere. Darüber hinaus kann die Qualität der Polymerfraktionen in Bezug auf Reinheit, Molekulargewicht, thermische Eigenschaften, Metallgehalt und andere Eigenschaften analysiert werden.

Sie erhalten eine Aufschlüsselung der enthaltenen Polymere und ihrer Inhaltsstoffe; optional können die Eigenschaften der einzelnen Polymere analysiert werden. Die Ergebnisse werden dem Kunden in einem detaillierten Bericht mitgeteilt.

Input Required from Customer:

Es werden 2-3 kg des Materials benötigt; eine grundlegende Beschreibung der erwarteten Polymere ist von Vorteil. Außerdem bitten wir um eine Beschreibung der Abfallquelle, der Probenahme und der erwarteten Abfallheterogenität.
