The Oxidant reactor employs a Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) to generate plasma using air as the carrier gas. Prior to treatment, the carrier gas is combined with the sample liquid and then nebulized. The resulting reaction products, including ozone, are utilized for treating raw water, such as river water, enabling its subsequent use as industrial coolant. The reactor has also demonstrated successful treatment of cyanotoxins.
