This call aims to enhance the flow of knowledge within Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems (AKIS) across Europe. Thematic networks will be established to compile, present, and widely disseminate scientific and practical knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions that are ready for use but not yet sufficiently known or used by end-users. The goal is to bridge the gap between research and practice, addressing urgent needs from farmers, foresters, and other rural actors to foster sustainability and improve agricultural and forestry practices. Proposals should focus on the creation of practice-oriented materials and the use of various dissemination methods, such as peer-to-peer learning activities, cross-visits, and demonstrations, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of end-users. The multi-actor approach is required, including collaboration among farmers, foresters, advisors, and researchers. The projects should have a duration of at least 3 years and should ensure the long-term maintenance of the thematic network and its outputs beyond the project duration.
Opening: 06-05-2025
