Result description
Our result consiste in:
– a method of producing nanoparticles as contrast agents,
– a mehtod of imaging by ultrasound a tissue or a tumor after the injection of the above-mentoned nano-contrast agent,
- – a nanometric platform to produce a contrast enhanced imaigng in echography,
- – a multimodal nanosized thranostic platform able to produce not only imaging but also capable of being stimulated under opprtune ultrasound conditions to elicit damages in the tumor mass.
- – multimodal nanosized thranostic platform being decorated with opportune biomolecules for site-selective targeting for specific tumor of interest
