FORTESIE’s European One Stop Shop (OSS) for building renovation packages is a service model designed to simplify the renovation process of building owners. It acts as a centralised service to connect customers and suppliers making it easier for owners to take renovation investment decisions. Gathering information in a central place and educating the public about renovation potential, tools and local suppliers could be beneficial in achieving Efficient Sustainable and Inclusive Energy use and facilitating the “deep” renovation wave uptake.

Although replicable as a marketplace (already created based on existing backend) it can be replicated in terms of local one stops that can be added, to replicate the approach and content in various countries to become pan-European.
The platform having attracted sufficient interest will become sustainable by potentially offering registrations and advertisement opportunities.
