Result description
This Key Exploitable Result will be based on one of the core outcomes of the project, the PILOTING Inspection and Maintenance Platform (I&M platform), which consists of three key parts, the Robot Control Station, the Data Distribution and Harmonization Layer and the Data Management System. The exploitation aim of the I&M platform is to be offered to end-users primarily in the transport and oil and gas industries, and therefore to perform overall inspection and maintenance tasks of infrastructures during their whole lifetime, supporting remote operations, preventing accidents and fulfilling the required regulations and industrial standards. Due to the scalable and open architecture, the PILOTING I&M platform has been designed with the ultimate goal to facilitate the integration of different types of robotic systems into new business cases related to inspection and maintenance.
