Plasma generation device (1), comprising an electrode carrier (5), a first electrode (10), and a second electrode (20), wherein the first electrode (10) is arranged on or within the electrode carrier (5), and further comprising a high-voltage-suitable plug connection (40) for electrically contacting at least one of the electrodes (10, 20), wherein the plug connection (40) includes a plug (50) and a receptacle socket (60) for receiving the plug (50), and the receptacle socket (60) is fixedly arranged on or within the electrode carrier (5) and is electrically conductively connected to one of the electrodes (10, 20).
2. Plasma generation device according to claim 1,
   characterized in that
   the plug (50) comprises a plug shaft (51) and a recess (52) arranged therein, into which an engaging element (61) of the receptacle socket (60) engages in a force-fit and/or form-fit manner.
3. Plasma generation device according to one of the preceding claims,

   the receptacle socket (60) is electrically conductively connected to the first electrode (10).

   an inner part (53) of the plug (50) is electrically conductively connected or connectable to the second electrode (20).

   characterized in that
   the receptacle socket (60) is designed as an open hollow rivet in the electrode carrier (5).
