ESF Plus: Promotion of Women’s Career Advancement in Saxony

The Free State of Saxony, supported by the European Social Fund (ESF) Plus, provides grants to promote gender equality in leadership roles within the workforce. This funding aims to support projects that facilitate the career advancement of women into decision-making positions by offering mentorship, coaching, and resource development. Eligible projects may establish new initiatives or expand existing programs that support women in navigating their professional careers. Grants cover up to 85% of eligible costs for up to two years, with a maximum funding amount of 180,000 €.
