NCapital is a recurring matching event series initiated by the NBank in 2006 with the goal of supporting start-ups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in securing additional funding through equity capital. The program connects capital-seeking companies with potential investors in a structured event format designed to foster financing and growth.

Over approximately 20 events since its inception, more than 140 companies have participated in the NCapital initiative. This funding opportunity complements existing advisory and financial support tools offered by the NBank by specifically targeting businesses interested in equity-based investment models.

Participating companies have the opportunity to present their business models to investors during these organized events. The initiative facilitates early-stage networking and direct dialogue between entrepreneurs and investors, potentially leading to financial support, strategic partnerships, or business development opportunities. Furthermore, NBank provides guidance for applicants in the preparation phase, including support in refining pitches and business communication.

Eligible applicants include start-ups and SMEs with a business location or operational base in the federal state of Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen), Germany.
