Pathways to Innovation – Unterstützung zukünftiger Bewerber in der europäischen Sicherheitsforschung – Deutschland

Das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) unterstützt Ihre Aktivitäten zur Teilnahme am europäischen Forschungsprogramm "Horizon Europe" im Cluster 3 "Zivile Sicherheit für die Gesellschaft". Dazu gehören unter anderem die folgenden Aktivitäten, die für die Vorbereitung und Ausarbeitung eines EU-Antrags notwendig sind:

  • Einbindung in das vorgesehene Finanzierungsinstrument,
  • Frühzeitige Bildung eines Konsortiums,
  • Thematischer Aufbau eines Netzwerks,
  • Entwicklung der EU-Anwendung, oder
  • Vorbereitung der endgültigen Einreichung des EU-Antrags.

Gefördert werden in erster Linie Einzelprojekte mit deutscher Koordination des EU-Antrags.

Sie erhalten die Finanzierung als Zuschuss für einen Zeitraum von bis zu 12 Monaten.

Sie können bis zu 120.000 EUR pro Projekt erhalten.

Das Finanzierungsverfahren ist zweistufig. In der 1. Stufe reichen Sie bitte Ihre Projektskizze bei dem zuständigen Projektträger ein.

In der 2. Stufe werden Sie aufgefordert, auf der Grundlage Ihrer positiv bewerteten Projektskizze einen formellen Förderantrag einzureichen. Bitte verwenden Sie für die Erstellung Ihrer Projektskizze und Ihres Antrags das elektronische Antragssystem easy-Online.

Expected Outcome

Das erwartete Ergebnis ist die Erleichterung der Teilnahme deutscher Einrichtungen am Cluster 3 von Horizon Europe durch die Bereitstellung finanzieller Unterstützung für vorbereitende Aktivitäten und die Entwicklung von Anträgen. Die Förderung zielt darauf ab, die Vorbereitung und Einreichung von qualitativ hochwertigen Anträgen auf EU-Finanzierung im Bereich der zivilen Sicherheitsforschung zu stärken.

Scope

Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Unterstützung von Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Anträgen für das EU-Programm Horizon Europe Cluster 3. Dies umfasst die anfängliche Beschäftigung mit dem Finanzierungsinstrument, die Bildung von Konsortien, die thematische Vernetzung und die Vorbereitung des endgültigen Antrags.
