Zentrales Technologieprogramm Saar

Das Zentrale Technologieprogramm Saar ist eine Initiative der saarländischen Landesregierung zur Förderung innovativer und vielversprechender Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte (FuE). Das Programm zielt darauf ab, das Innovationspotenzial saarländischer Unternehmen zu stärken, indem es sowohl individuelle als auch gemeinschaftliche F&E-Vorhaben finanziell unterstützt. Gefördert werden können sowohl Projekte, die allein von Unternehmen durchgeführt werden, als auch gemeinsame Projekte von Unternehmen und akademischen oder Forschungseinrichtungen. Das Programm wird durch den Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) kofinanziert und bietet förderfähigen Antragstellern nicht rückzahlbare Zuschüsse.

Expected Outcome

Die Initiative zielt darauf ab, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit der saarländischen Wirtschaft durch die Förderung von Innovationen zu stärken. Zu den erwarteten Ergebnissen gehört die erfolgreiche Entwicklung und Markteinführung neuer oder deutlich verbesserter Produkte, Verfahren oder Dienstleistungen. Darüber hinaus zielt das Programm darauf ab, eine effektive Zusammenarbeit zwischen Industrie und Forschungseinrichtungen zu fördern, die zu einem Wissenstransfer und dem Aufbau nachhaltiger Innovationsnetzwerke innerhalb der Region führt.

Scope

Der Schwerpunkt des Programms liegt auf der Unterstützung von F&E-Projekten, die sich an den für das Saarland identifizierten strategischen Innovationsfeldern orientieren. Dazu gehören die Bereiche Mechatronik, Automatisierung, Produktionstechnik, Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie, Lebenswissenschaften, Werkstoffe und das Querschnittsthema Energie. Die förderfähigen Projekte können sowohl die Entwicklung neuer Produkte, Verfahren oder Dienstleistungen als auch die Verbesserung bestehender Produkte und Dienstleistungen umfassen. Gefördert werden sowohl Projekte einzelner Unternehmen als auch Kooperationen zwischen Unternehmen und Forschungseinrichtungen. Das Programm unterstützt auch kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) bei der Einstellung von qualifiziertem F&E-Personal und der Beschaffung von externen F&E-Dienstleistungen.
