The geobased survey application has extended the functionality of the OpenRemote 100% open source IoT device management platform. The platform now also enables connectivity to mobile devices. Mobile devices can be used both as sensors (eg. monitor it’s location, or use the QR code reader) as well as actors (eg. send a push notification to users).

Current stage description

OpenRemote’s 100% open source IoT platform is published and documented on GitHub and professionally applied both by multiple governments in Europe (eg. Eindhoven, Arnhem, Nottingham, Stuttgart) as well as OEMs in Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Finland and the US.
