Result description
RHP-Technology provides process development and parts using fused filament fabrication (FFF, known as FDM) for metall (M-FFF) and ceramics. The printing process includes v selecting the appropriate printing parameters, printing strategies for the desired extrudable material in the form of filaments or pellets, and verifying targeted requirements,. The printing is followed by the debinding and sintering process, which is carried out under conditions optimized for the given material. The M-FFF technology is ideal for demonstration purposes and the production of complex structures in small series.

The process is under ongoing development, especially for new materials, optimisation of manufacturing paramterers and postprocessing from grenn body to the finished product.
Well known standard printing equipment can be used in combination with the special know-how of printing M-FDM parts. Post processing is based on PIM post processing, that is well known at RHP and made for production of large quantities.
Based on customer needs, RHP is able to document the process to prove a reliable product at any time.
Efficient additive manufacturing is facing the reduction of raw material consumption, consumption of consumables and reduction of machining to enhance sustainability.
