Result description
Software that interfaces to the measurement infrastructure of the building to set comfort setpoints in air handling units.
This software aims at reducing the energy consumption of the HVAC system while maintaining comfort in the building. The importance of each objective is defined by user. It generates a prediction of the HVAC energy need combining measured buidling data and weather forecasts.

Search of licensing partner to integrate the solution in full building management product
1) Our solution interfaces with pre-existing standard building controllers, taking control over humidity and temperature setpoints of air handling units. No additional sensing or actuation hardware is normally required.
2) Air handling units are standard in buildings with ventilation based cooling/heating, including a large fraction of office buildings.
3) Contrary to other MPC solution which require engineering time to elaborate a simulation model, or collect building data, our solution relies on realistically available measured data from the building management system to automatically construct the model.
