We are looking for collaborations with communities, residents, activists, marginalized community members, pupils, patients that can join commurban, add content and help promote urban and peri-urban eco-friendly farming techniques, facilitating community engagement and raising awareness about urban agriculture! 

The app is already available in Europe (Android and iOS – free download) and in China (https://commurban.app/ – APK). For the generation of revenues DRAXIS plans to develop new features such as in-app advertisements, purchases of materials and equipment for urban farming, waste management, etc. Moreover, premium accounts will be offered to large scale users (customized solutions/services to urban farming communities, public authorities, healthcare and educational organizations/institutions).

commurban can cater to a growing user base with flawless performance and user experience. The app was designed in a way that allows for handling a wider user base without affecting user experience or performance. Since conception the app needed to support different geographical areas (Europe and China), hence this was something that was taken into account since the design phase. As the user base will grow more resources (memory, network capacity, etc), as well as servers can be added to serve the needs.
