We are focus on low temperature CVD Processing. We use metalorganic (MO) Precursor to lower the deposition temprature below 500°C. We are able to coat komplex geometrie, niches or deep holes with different type of coating. For processanalysis we use RGA. Layer Analytics we use: EIS,REM/EDX, Nanoindentation, Lightmicroskopie, Wearanalysis, Tribological testbench, Demolding force testbench.

We creat coating processes with dedicated parameterfiled for different kind of coating. We are able to coat: metals (Ni,Cu), carbides (W,Mo,Cr), n (W,Mo,Cr), sulfides (W,Mo),oxides (Zr,Si,La,Gd,Ce,Ni,Cu,Al,Cr).

Value Proposition:

We run processes with 5 different CVD hot wall reactors with coatingcapacity from 0,5 – 240 Liter. Mainly we run the processes with industrial chemistry to provide reliable coating processes. Typical surfaces are tubes for pulstruation, extrusion dies or mold inserts, parts for SOFC.
