This discharge simultaneously conforms to the contours of the body areas or surfaces to be treated and has a dielectric strength of at least 2 kV.
- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the insulation layer for the high-voltage electrode consists of silicone, fluoropolymers, or aramids, preferably polyimides, which encase the flexible electrodes equidistantly.
- Device according to claim 2, characterized in that aromatic polyimides, preferably poly(4,4′-oxydiphenylene-pyromellitimide), are used.
