Since we provide a Saas solution for condominium management, it can be adopted by every building, regardless of its size. At the same time, even if there are some peculiarities in terms of regulation among European countries, Dwelly has the potential to be flexible and adapted in the European market. This is strengthened by the fact that Dwelly’s main customer is the condominium and its residents. Thus, there are no limits in terms of market boundaries.
As of today, Dwelly’s focus is on the condominium management market. Consequently, we address the residential segment of the market. However, Dwelly’s applicability extends beyond the condominium management market and its residential segment. Dwelly’s technology can be applied in each real estate market segment, streamlining operations across multiple stakeholders and digitizing the processes.

Dwelly’s business model is based on providing condominiums with a comprehensive platform for their stakeholders. We offer an annual subscription plan per condominium, which makes our business model sustainable in the long term.
