Feyenally are looking for further investments that will support their goals of entering the global markets – to make basic eyecare accessible to everyone, anywhere.

Currently piloting with Permanente Medicine to further develop their product, as well as deploying the product in Ghana to areas with limited access to vision screening infrastructure.

Feyenally’s model is scalable for a few reasons:

1. Software-first, no hardware dependency – the solution runs on standard smartphones, avoiding manufacturing, distribution, and maintenance of specialised equipment, which makes global roll-out faster and cheaper.
2. B2B2C distribution – by partnering with healthcare providers, insurers, NGOs, and health systems, Feyenally can reach large patient populations without building a direct consumer sales operation in each market.
3. Repeatable deployments across markets – once clinically validated, the same product can be deployed in multiple geographies with limited localisation in both high and low income countries.
4. Fast, low-cost testing at scale – results in minutes enable high-volume screenings, making the model attractive for population-level vision programmes.

As mentioned above, as a result of the successful pilot project, their solution can be used as a blueprint that can be reused by new partners/customers, accelerating expansion while keeping costs and operational complexity low.

Feyenally’s model is sustainable because it combines long-term financial viability with measurable social impact.
