The gamification app offers direct communication with the consumers providing energy near real-time consumption and indoor quality information and feedback regarding their progress in achieving energy savings through an easy-to-understand visualisation. It displays energy consuption, recommendations, badges and earned Green Euros related to decisions for further consumption. Personalised recommendations and available badges guide the consumers towards a more energy efficient behaviour. If the goals related to the badges are successfully completed and energy savings are achieved, the consumers are awarded with Green Euros.
