Result description
Graphenea has developed and launched a Graphene Foundry service (GFAB) that offers custom manufacturing of graphene-based electronic devices. This service reduced significantly the development time of new graphene chips (from several months to a few weeks), lower the costs, offers flexibility (from just 1 wafer to small volume production) and offers standard wafers sizes 150mm and 200mm.
