Result description
Isabellenhütte Heusler has developed a new generation of high temperature thermoelectric module based on Half-Heusler material. The module is able to withstand a hot side temperatur of 500°C in air. A conversion efficiency of 4.5% at 500K temperature difference were achieved. First samples of this thermoelectic modules were succefully tested in a demonstrater TEG developed by TitanX Engiene Cooling.
