The I-REACT Reporting service leverages mainly on the I-REACT mobile App. Actually, two different version of the I-REACT App have been developed within this service: one for professionals and one devoted to citizens. The App. is available for iOS and Android and it is translated in 5 different languages (i.e. English, French, German, Italian and Spanish).

The main added value of the I-REACT Reporting Service is to provide citizens and first responders a new and easy-to-use tool to report emergency-related information. These real-time crowdsourced reports can be vital in a disaster situation, especially to improve the preparedness and emergency phases. In fact, I-REACT Reporting Service relies in the extended features that enable operators to have a clear picture of the occurred hazardous event, delivering validated key information allowing them to produce accurate and reliable reports. As for the previous one, also the I-REACT Reporting Service will be able to reduce the main damages caused by a disaster.
