The InVID Verification Application is a web-based integrated toolset for the verification of newsworthy user-generated videos and their context. The design and development of this technology was made by Condat AG, and it was based on the well-known Verification Handbook and the guidance of the InVID partners Agence France Presse and Deutsche Welle.

We specifically need / are looking for

We are looking for (1) TV/Media organisations to uptake, validate and improve the Verification App, (2) funding opportunities to further evolve the verification services and (3) international marketing and sales partnerships to increase our user community.

The free online version http://invid.condat.de/ was launched in March 2019 and has gained until September more than 8000 unique users and usually above 100 per day.

Value Proposition:

The following features are beyond the current SoA: a video player with frame-by-frame playout offering a set of verification services for near duplicate video search, reverse image search, logo detection, checking contextual information, video forensics, and rights. The analysis results are visualized in a hierarchical manner in separate tracks allowing users to check all verfication aspects.
