Mainly the coating s are thin from few nanometer till few micrometer. With annealing treatment we can strenghen the layer perfomance by wear resistance of chemical stability.

Actually we are able to coat: metals (Ni,Cu), carbides (W,Mo,Cr), nitrides (W,Mo,Cr), sulfides (W,Mo) oxides (Zr,Si,La,Gd,Ce,Ni,Cu,Al,Cr). We can combine diffrent kind of metals to create eg. spinellstruktered layers.

Value Proposition:

We develope Layers with different kind of precursorsystems. To run affordable processes we concentrade the layer developemen with Metalcarbonyle or Metalacetylacetonates. They are for industrial purpose and lower the overall cost of the final product.
