The meeting room Assistant project has the aim to solve common issues of growing and big companies, related to team efficiency and project management.
The integration of the Pay Me Attention system with a microphone creates an innovative and seamless tool of meeting management and tracking able to monitor analytics about most trending topics, influencers and attendees during the meeting, completion and efficiency rate with an intuitive and personalizable command dashboards.
The Meeting Room Assistant is a prototype for the meeting room use case developed through the Pay-Me-Attention project. It can provide a meeting agenda, It can record and provide a summary of the different topics of the meeting, It can identify different speakers and give information about the different participants to the meeting. Furthermore, the outputs of the different system modules allow evaluating and auditing the performance of the application.
