Value Proposition:

The new methodology includes:a) A prototype device for enrichment and collection of hatching liquid that allows the progressive separation of hatched larvae from non-hatched eggs. The protein profile obtained is so clear that no further purification steps are required. All extracts are dialysed to remove lipids and other lowweight contaminants from eggsb) Proteolytic activity enhancement method by adding calcium cations. Any formulation should avoid EDTA as a chelator to preserve activity.
