SCHEMA Lab is a virtual laboratory for managing and reproducing computational experiments. It enables researchers to execute containerised workflows, create computational experiments, and automatically capture important metadata. Developed within the TIER2 project, it supports the reproducibility of complex analyses by providing experiment provenance and performance metrics. The publication demonstrates how SCHEMA lab bridges life sciences and computer sciences through reproducible workflows and transparent experiment tracking.
