  1. Portable plasma treatment system (1), for generating a non-thermal plasma for application to humans, comprising the components:
    a) a pressurized gas cylinder (10) with a valve (11), wherein the pressurized gas cylinder (10) has a maximum usable volume of five liters,
    b) a handheld device (20) with a plasma nozzle (21), wherein the handheld device (20) is configured and designed to generate the non-thermal plasma,
    c) a control unit (30) configured to regulate a gas flow from the pressurized gas cylinder (10) and/or an electrode voltage in the handheld device (20) to enable plasma generation,
    d) a mounting device (40), comprising at least a first and a second locking mechanism (41, 42), wherein
    i. the first locking mechanism (41) is designed and intended to manually secure the pressurized gas cylinder (10) to the mounting device (40) and to manually release it again, wherein
    ii. the second locking mechanism (42) is designed and intended to manually secure the control unit (30) to the mounting device (40) and to manually release it again,
    e) a first gas line (31), which is designed to be manually connected to the valve (11) of the pressurized gas cylinder (10) and to be manually disconnected from the valve (11).
  2. Plasma treatment system according to claim 1, characterized in that the plasma treatment system (1) is configured to supply the handheld device (20) with the process gas from the pressurized gas cylinder (10).
  3. Plasma treatment system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the control unit (30) has an input (33) which can particularly be manually connected to the first gas line (31), and wherein the control unit (30) has an output (34) through which process gas can be delivered via a second gas line (32), particularly comprising a flexible hose, to the handheld device (20).
  4. Plasma treatment system according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the control unit (30) comprises a display (35), particularly with a regulator (35a), which is configured and intended to display the gas flow to the handheld device (20) and/or wherein the control unit (30) comprises an operating element (36) which, when operated, ignites or interrupts the plasma in the handheld device (20).
  5. Plasma treatment system according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first and/or second locking mechanism (41, 42) is a screw device, wherein the first and/or second locking mechanism (41, 42) comprises a star grip (43) such that the screw device can be manually secured and released.
