To support MOCVD Processes we use industrial precursor-systems. Mainly Metalacetylacetonates or -carbonyles. The consistence is from powdery. We produce feeding- and evaporation systems to charge coating processes with powdery Precurssors in the range of 0,1-40gr/h.

The design systems that enable feed and evaporate sensitive Precursors (temperature, humity, air) in inert atmoshere or under vacuum in the Range of RT-240°C.
