Motor-Less purge system for Absorption Heat Pumps:
Presence of non-condensable (NC) gases critically reduces the effectiveness of the absorption process which is the key process in absoption heat pumps operation. The innovative motor-les purge system, developed in Indus3Es Project for removal of NCs from absorption heat transformers, continuously gathers and traps NCs in a dedicated vessel, which are then periodically and automatically exhausted to the environment. This solution is simple, inexpensive, and efficient compared to other knows options. This system has been patented.
