T-RES CONTROL CENTRE supports RES producers on the real-time supervision and control of large RES production units. The T-RES CONTROL CENTRE has been designed with the objective of optimizing the management and operation of renewable energy generation plants, while increasing the efficiency and availability of these installations with the aim of promoting the share of renewables reducing operating costs. With full information available, detailed plans can be made and adjusted when needed, leading to more proactive and efficient maintenance and in addition reduce the amount of stops. Real time insights allow operators to be better informed about weather-sensitive operations and facilitate live rescheduling to avoid potentially dangerous situations.Thus, implementing a solution like the T-RES that gives full visibility over all operation and maintenance data to analyze, optimizing and automating many of these processes, will drastically increase efficiency, lower the carbon footprint, and reduce costs for operators.

Value Proposition:

·The system supports multiple real-time measurement acquisition standards: OPC-UA, IEC-102, IEC 104, DNP3, ICCP TASE 2, MQTT, IEC61850, DLMS, etc.·The platform allows the generation of 3D visualization of renewable plants through the GEMINIS tool (ETRA software that has been integrated within the T-RES CONTROL CENTRE). This tool incorporates both an editor that allows the definition of the 3D visualization through a web interface, and a viewer that presents a real-time 3D visualization of the plants in the T-RES (including the main metrics). GEMINIS allows the operator to model the 3D visualization of different elements, such as renewable plants, substations, or microgrids.Predictive maintenance module is based on a model trained with data from the turbine in a healthy state. The main features are: Alarms are calculated in real-time; The alarms that are triggered are based on time averages so they have a robust basis; Errors can be predicted up to 3 months in advance; By having all components monitored, it is possible to know the origin of the failure, knowing the affected component and the alarm history.
