• Deposition rates of 1–4 nm/s
• Materials including ITO, IZO, ZnO:Al (AZO), and ZnO
• In-situ monitoring and post-annealing up to 450°C (including flash lamp annealing)
• Deposition recipes, process data, and characterization (XRD, AFM, ellipsometry)
• Transmission spectra and sample coatings for evaluation
