The Natural Building Lab (NBL) is part of the Institute of Architecture at TU Berlin.The NBL aims to develop and optimize a processing method for waste-wood in order to be used in load-bearing constructions within the current regulatory framework of the German Building Sector. In cooperation with wood-processing companies and wood preservation experts new processing solutions are developed, evaluated and implemented. Necessary technologies. instruments and equipment are provided.
