Digital enablers and building blocks for Earth Observation and Satellite telecommunication for Space solutions

This funding call aims to foster advancements in digitalisation for space solutions, particularly focusing on Earth Observation (EO) and Satellite Communication (SatCom). The objective is to enhance competitiveness and support the European Space Industry in maintaining a significant share of the global market. Projects should contribute to digital end-to-end systems, advanced EO technologies, and innovative building blocks for SatCom systems.

- Funding is available for research and innovation actions (RIA).
- Projects must align with existing European technologies, supporting non-dependence and competitiveness.
- A total indicative budget of 6.000.000 € is allocated, with expected EU contributions of 1.000.000 € to 5.000.000 € per project.
- Activities are expected to achieve Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4-5 by the project's end.
