National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) offers its clients the electrospinning process for the development of micro- or nano-structured fibers and coatings from an unlimited range of materials with different functionalities for a wide range of applications.
Specification of coated films:
Throughput: up to 1kg/h coated film with electrospun nanofibers
Dimension of electrospun films:20x30cm
Thickness of films: 10-20 μm
Fiber diameter: 60–500 nm
Antimicrobial coatings: up to 1-2 years
Control release of active compounds: depend on the final application
