DIVE provides solutions and services for hyperspectral vision (HSV) in industrial use. Driven by our own VEsolve software and VEpioneer hardware solutions, we have 10+ years experience with hyperspectral instrumentation, measurements and data evaluation.
We are specialists for inline, offline and atline HSV with a unique instrumentation for surfaces, coatings, thin films/layers and industrial goods. From micro(-meter) scale up to macroscopic scale HSV can characterize i. e. defects, cleanliness, thin fim/layer thickness, thin film resistance, process characteristics as well as overall criteria as barrier effect, adhesion and many more. Possible sample materials are foils and webs, glas, metals, plastics etc.

Deliverables
Characterization of surfaces and/or coatings (reflective, anti-reflective, optical filters), permeation barriers, metal layers, hydrophobic or hydrophilic coatings, antibacterial coatings on numerous materials.
You can order HSV as a service or physical devices and integrations into your machines.
